AIMS & SCOPE

"Political Preferences" (e-ISSN: 2449-9064) is a peer-reviewed open access scientific journal with a social science profile that shows an interdisciplinary approach to the problem of electoral behavior, particularly the factors determining political preferences and party identifications. The journal promotes empirical research in political preferences, policy analysis, and political behaviors, concentrating primarily in Central and Eastern European countries. Political Preferences is open to cooperation with researchers at every scientific career stage (also Ph.D. students) and representing such academic disciplines as political science, psychology, and sociology. Journal is published by the Institute of Political Science at the University of Silesia and the Center for Innovation, Technology Transfer and Development Foundation of the University of Silesia. From 2019 Political Preferences is the official journal of the Central European Political Science Association (CEPSA). Since 2017 the journal is published only in the electronic version. All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0), which permits everyone use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. Regardless of the above, the authors retain the copyright of their work.
