Title of the article:

1. Assessment of the originality of the subject matter and scientific value of the text. The article extends the existing state of knowledge on the subject:
1. significantly;
2. sufficiently;
3. averagely;
4. insufficiently.
2. The content and the text are:
1. distinctive;
2. good;
3. satisfactory;
4. unsatisfactory.
3. The arguments put forward:
1. completely convincing;
2. largely convincing;
3. not very convincing;
4. completely unconvincing.
4. Literature overview is:
1. completely satisfactory;
2. sufficiently;
3. needs revision and extension.
5. Assessment of Language and Style. The text is:
1. Correct and appropriate;
2. Requires minor corrections;
3. Requires substantial revisions;
4. Unsatisfactory.
6. Comments and Suggestions:

7. Reviewer’s Recommendation:
1. The text is suitable for publication;
2. The text is suitable for publication after minor corrections;
3. The text may be published after substantial revisions and approval by the Editorial Board;
