OPEN ACCESS POLICY

The journal operates in Open Access standard, which means that its content is freely available to everyone and it uses the Creative Commons licence CC BY-SA (Attribution-Share Alike). Articles prior to 2019 are licensed under the CC by NC ND license. There is also no fee charged for the publication of articles published in TAPSLA. TAPSLA understands Open Access in the way it is defined on DOAJ website (https://doaj.org/apply/guide/), whereby "the copyright holder of a scholarly work grants usage rights to others using an open license (Creative Commons or equivalent) allowing for immediate free access to the work and permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose".
