Each article proposal is reviewed by at least two reviewers representing scientific establishments other than the one the Author is affiliated with. All submissions will undergo double-blind review process. Shall the editorial board decide to dispense with this procedure, the reviewer will be asked to sign a no-conflict-of-interest declaration. A conflict of interest is understood as the following relations between the reviewer and author:

1. direct personal relations (kinship, legal links, conflict),
2. direct reporting line,
3. direct scholarly cooperation within the past two years preceding the review.

Reviews are submitted in writing using a template available at the Journal’s website and end with an unequivocal conclusion stating that a submission has been accepted for publication or rejected.
