Abstract

The audio description, defined as an audiovisual and intersemiotic translation, makes it possible to make a film accessible to the blind. The objective of this article is to analyze the linguistic means of describing the emotions experienced by the characters in the film. By studying the audio description created for the French series entitled Lupin, we identify expressions referring to joy.
