Management of media relations activities within realization of the organization’s information policy

Abstract

The paper objective is to determine the scope of tasks of media relations services which operate in different entities from the area of social and economic life. Selection of the place for location of these services in organizational structures, having the impact on the rank, effectiveness and range of the competences, was also analyzed. The subject of development, meaning and compliance with applicable law of communication procedures prepared to optimize the organization’s contacts with mass media was also taken up.
