1) Submission of a manuscript implies an approval for review of this manuscript;
2) Texts sent by the authors will be verified by the Editors of the journal as to their formal and material content;
3) The basis for sending the manuscript to reviewer is it’s compatibility with journal's profile, its correct structure expressed in the fulfillment of formal requirements, included in the: “ Submissions” – “Submissions instructions” and “Guidelines for footnotes and bibliography”.
4) Manuscripts will be sent to two reviewers outside the academic institution that the author of the manuscript is affiliated in (to the reviewers that have been awarded at least the doctoral degree and have appropriate academic achievements).
5) Editors of the journal selects reviewers based on the subject of the submitted manuscript.
6) The editors provide the reviewer with a review form which is included in the tab: '‘Submissions’' – ''Peer Reference Form);
7) The reviewer’s comments will be send to the Author/Author’s of a manuscript without indicating the name of the reviewer;
8) The final decision of publishing/sending again for a review/rejection (in accordance with recommendations of the reviewer) a paper is made by the Editors-in-Chief;
8) With the time limit set by Editors of the journal, the Author should take into account the recommendations of the reviewer and correct the text;
9) Guided by the opinion of reviewers, editors-in-chief may refer the text for publication, for re-review or reject the text in accordance with the reviewer's conclusion;
10) 10) In the case of one positive and one negative review, the final decision to send the text to print is made by the Editors of the journal, which may appoint a third independent reviewer to review;
11) The manuscript that will receive a positive reviews will be sent to editorial modification. After that, the Author will receive the final version of the manuscript to accept;
12) After responding to the comments of the reviewers, the author is required to send an updated text of the article and a properly completed “Author's Statement”;
12) The Author/authors is responsible for final version of the manuscript;
13) The journal is published in the paper version as well as in electronic format on the website;
14) 14) The names of reviewers of individual texts are not disclosed according to the double-blind reference principle, but -- as required -- the lists of reviewers are published on the journal's website under the tab: '‘About the journal’' - ‘'Reviewers’'.
