Die Theologie der Arbeit in pastoraler Sicht

Abstract

Professor der katholischen Universität, Czesław Bartnik gibt in seinem Artikel zuerst einem Überblick über die Theologie der Arbeit und ihrer Konzeption, beginnend mit der christlichen Antike. Im Mittelalter wurde die Konzeption der Arbeit weiterentwickelt, aber erst und besonders im 20. Jahrhundert wurde sie genügend bearbeitet und ausgewertet.
Im Verlauf weiterer Ausführungen bringt der Verfasser die Ansätze für eine Verbindung des Christentums mit der Arbeit. Wir können dann sehen, wie die Pastoral diese neuen Konzeptionen ausnützen könnte, indem sie der Seelsorge personalistische Konzeption vorschlägt, die mit Gebet und Liturgie und guten Werken verbunden sein muss. Immer wieder sollte man auf die Vollkommenheit der Arbeiter und nachher auf die Würde der Arbeit einen besonderen Akzent legen.
Das alles ist heute mit der ordentlichen Seelsorge verbunden. Die Seelsorger müssen das ausnützen können.
