Sažetak

Slovenian literature in Austria represents a case of multiculturality, but most of the time, biculturality and interculturality. The researchers claim that this type of literature belongs to Slovenian as well as to contemporary Austria nor German literature. It discusses and linguistically reflects on both cultural-historical environments. The literary translations show that the Slovenian literature in Austria has a double, Slovenian-German identity.

Biografski podaci

profesor zwyczajny na Wydziale Filozoficznym Uniwersytetu w Mariborze. Ukończyła słowenistykę i germanistykę na Uniwersytecie w Lublanie, doktoryzowała się w zakresie literaturoznawstwa. Jej zainteresowania badawcze koncentrują się wokół: literatury słoweńskiej XX wieku, słoweńskiej literatury kobiecej, słoweńskiej literatury powstałej w Austrii, jak również zagadnieniami przekładu literackiego, zwłaszcza w kontekście dialogu kultur. Jest autorką lub współautorką monografii: Pišejo ženske drugače? (1995), Študije in drobiž (1998), Slovenska dramatika v drugi polovici 20. stoletja (2005) oraz Književne študije — O vlogi ženske v slovenski književnosti, o sodobni prozi in o slovenski književnosti v Avstriji (2012). Dokonała wyboru i przekładu tekstów zamieszczonych w antologii współczesnej prozy austriackiej pt. Prekoračiti obzorje (1991), zredagowała również antologię krótkiej prozy słoweńskich autorek pt. Kliči me po imenu (2013) oraz tom prozy Prežihova Voranca Dekle z mandolino (2011).
