Due to high substantive level of our publications every submitted text is reviewed. The main aim of this procedure is to reject texts that do not fulfil substantive standards and technical requirements. Then the text is sent to at least two independent reviewers from outside the research unit affiliated by the author. Names of the reviewers are not revealed to the authors whether the text was accepted or not. The reviewers do not know the identity of the authors (double-blind review process).

The Editorial Board may decide not to make the review accessible to the author in case of both positive (which is a basis to accept the text) and negative review.

If any corrections are required, the Editorial Board passes reviewer’s opinion (without revealing the name) to the Author, regarding detailed instructions of required corrections.

The author is obliged to respond to the reviewers' comments within the indicated time limit - accept them or present appropriate counter-arguments. Authors at this stage have the right to withdraw their text.

By accepting the reviewers' comments, the Authors are obliged to make them within 14 days.
