Grundlegend für die personalistische Pädagogik ist die Frage: Wer ist der Mensch, welchen Charakter hat seine Natur? In der Antwort darauf steckt die Quelle der Bestimmung des Erziehungszwecks, das Verhältnis zum entsprechenden Wertsystem, also die Verbindung von Ethik und Erziehung. Die Pädagogik ist in Anlehnung an die volle Menschenkunde, eine richtige Ethik und eine eindeutig bestimmte Axiologie zu pflegen. Dies alles kann erst das Fundament für die Reflexion über Erziehung des Menschen als Person bilden.
Da die Menschenerfahrung mit der Moralerfahrung verbunden ist, ist die sämtliche Anthropologie, die von Werttheorie absieht, ein unvollständiges Wissen vom Menschen.
Zur Zeit ist zunehmendes Interesse an axiologischer Problematik in der Pädagogik zu beobachten. Es erweist sich nämlich, dass es eichter dem Menschen gekommen ist, technisch- zivilisatorischen Fortschritt zu erreichen, als die besten Menschenwerte zu erhalten. Die Welt muss von neuem verstehen, dass uns bei der kompletten Verderbnis geistiger Werte die Erscheinung von Entfremdung und Geldfetischismus droht.
In der Zeit der globalen Krise allgemeiner Menschenwerte bildet die axiologische Pädagogik den Imperativ der Pädagogik des XXI Jahrhunderts. Mit diesem Gedanken und mit so einer Einstellung ist die Reform des Bildungssystems in Polen fortzusetzen.
Das Engagement der Beteiligten (Erzieher und Zöglinge) im Erziehungsprozess unter Einhalten des dialogischen Charakters der zwischenpersönlichen Beziehungen ist ein optimaler Faktor der Personentwicklung der Subjekte des Ereignisses. Bildung ist in Wirklichkeit eine Kunst der Interessenbezeugung am anderen Menschen, an den Möglichkeiten seiner ständigen Entwicklung: Kunst der Reflexion, Nachdenken über eigene innere Haltung und Handlung in der Perspektive von Ethik und Axiologie, wo wir die Prozesse und gegenseitige Beziehungen stolz als „Unterricht” und „Erziehung” bezeichnen.
