Das aktive Subjekt der Pflicht und des Rechtes zur Evangelisation (Can. 747, 1 CIC 1983)

Abstract

Die Pflicht und das angeborene Recht der Kirche zur Evangelisation (Can. 747, 1 CIC 1983). Das Vergleichstudium mit dem Codex von 1917. In dem Artikel gibt es eine Analyse des Problems: wer verpflichtet ist zur Evangelisation, wer dafür verantwortet ist?
Das Codex von 1917 und auch von 1983 benutzen das Wort „ecclesia”, aber verstehen es ganz anders. Im Codex von 1917 ist unsere Norm im III Buch De rebus, im vierten Teil De magistro ecclesiastico zu finden. Also versteht dieses Codex das aktive Subjekt im Sinne: der Papst (der apostolische Stuhl) und die Bischöfe. Zum neuen Verstehen kam es nach dem Dekret Ad gentes, in welchem es steht, dass die ganze Kirche missionarisch ist. Im Codex von 1983 ist die ganze communio als das aktive Subjekt der Evangelisation gemeint. In dem Sinne des Wortes ecclesia hat jeder Gläubige die Pflicht und das Recht zur Evangelisation. Man kann denken, dass das neue Verstehen jetzt und in Zukunft eine dynamische Aktivität auf dieser missionarischen Ebene bringt. In diesem Artikel kann man eine Wortanalyse finden, welche die alle Etappen des Entstehens dieser Norm betrifft.
