In presented text the author underlines the significant role of psychological functions in regulation of the processes of speech and language communication in normal and pathological states. The author notices as well that emotions have an influence on the picture and severity of motor speech disorders. Emotional state of patients with motor speech disorders is an important factor which regulates the process of speech-language therapy. The author presents as well rules of complex therapy of speech language disorders. This therapy focuses on special needs and abilities of the patient. This approach helps to achieve the positive results of the therapy.
