All ZTiPDJP numbers under CC license

All issues of the journal are published under Creative Commons license. Archival issues (2009; 2012–2018), originally published in a different version, were also published under the Creative Common license by the Publishing College of the University of Silesia in 2019.

 The journal does not charge any fees for publication.
