Zasady dostarczania tekstów do publikacji dla autorów:
1. Tekst powinien być przygotowany zgodnie z wymogami Wydawnictwa UŚ, periodyk stosuje “amerykański” system bibliografii i odwołań w tekście; link do strony wydawnictwa z informacjami: http://wydawnictwo.us.edu.pl/node/2281
2. Artykuł naukowy dostarczany redakcji nie powinien być podpisany – dane autora (imię, nazwisko, afiliacja, numer telefonu, e-mail) powinny znajdować się w osobnym pliku).
3. Każdy artykuł powinien zawierać streszczenie i słowa-klucze w języku polskim i angielskim.
4. Do artykułu dołączone powinno być podpisane oświadczenie Autorskie zgodnie z wymogami Wydawnictwa UŚ (część bez ustosunkowania się do recenzji).
5. Teksty przesyłane powinny być drogą mailową na adres Redakcji: gss.redakcja@us.edu.pl

Wymagania techniczne:
1. Edytor Word (dokumenty z rozszerzeniem: doc; docx).
2. Czcionka Times New Roman, 12.
3. Interlinia 1,5.
4. Wszystkie marginesy 2,5 cm.
5. Numery stron w prawym dolnym rogu, numeracja ciągła.
6. Akapity (odstęp przed 0, odstęp po 0) z wcięciem (1,25),
7. Wyjustowanie.
8. Nagłówki nienumerowane wytłuszczone czcionka Times New Roman, 12.
9. Tabele, wykresy i inne obiekty graficzne w odrębnym pliku.
10. Informujemy, że, gdy w linii jest około 60 znaków a strona ma 30 wierszy to ilość znaków na stronie wynosi około 2000. Format i czcionka „Górnośląskich Studiów Socjologicznych. Seria Nowa” sprawiają, że po wydrukowaniu na stronie periodyku znajduje się około 3000 znaków. Maksymalna liczba standaryzowanych stron: 25.
