Abstract

The aim of this article is to present the problems of diagnosis, and the possibilities of language programming of a child with profound hearing loss using the auditory-verbal method. Therapeutic procedure refers to the proper development of the child’s speech.

Napisała rozprawę doktorską na temat akustycznej analizy wymowy dzieci z głębokimi uszkodzeniami słuchu pod kierunkiem prof. Piotry Łobacz na Wydziale Neofilologii UAM w Poznaniu. Prowadzi badania naukowe z zakresu fonetyki eksperymentalnej, akustyki mowy oraz surdologopedii. Kierownik projektu badawczego finansowanego przez Narodowe Centrum Nauki poświęconego opisowi współczesnej wymowy polskiej z wykorzystaniem artykulografii elektromagnetycznej, kołowej macierzy mikrofonowej oraz szybkich kamer wideo. Autorka monografii „Wymowa dzieci niesłyszących. Analiza audytywna i akustyczna” oraz kilkudziesięciu artykułów, recenzji oraz haseł encyklopedycznych. Prowadzi diagnozę i terapię logopedyczną, w tym dzieci z uszkodzeniami słuchu.
