1. Methodological correctness (article layout, the construction of the article, the material and research methods selected properly, the selection of literature sufficient, relevant and adequate to the discussed issues)

2. Substantive correctness (the level of presentation of problem; fixed in the paper goals appropriate and relevant to the subject of the work; the theoretical basis and issues of the problem describe clearly)

3. Originality of the problem (subject of the work innovative and is based on original, novelty research; the anticipated attention by the scientific communit)

4. Editorial correctness (title, abstract, keywords, correct form of presentation, technical page of the article))
