Prawne Problemy Górnictwa i Ochrony Środowiska

"Prawne Problemy Górnictwa i Ochrony Środowiska" (PPGiOŚ) [title in English: "Legal Issues in Mining and Environmental Protection") is a continuation of "Prawne Problemy Górnictwa" [English Title: "Legal Issues in Mining"] – a journal edited by faculty members of the Department of Mining Law and Environmental Protection Law, whose last issue came out in 1995. The successor will be issued in digital form.

The journal is addressed to a wide spectrum of authors (representing both practice and theory, as well as PhD candidate and students) and readers interested in the issues in question. The main criterion for acceptance of an article is its substantive value and consistency with the journal's thematic profile, which is broadly defined environmental protection law.
